 FREE WATCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT!!!! February Only! Patrons can visit the Bailey’s Fine Jewelry GREENVILLE store location and receive a free replacement watch battery. Bailey’s Fine Jewelry absorbs most of the cost of replacement batteries and service time, which typically range anywhere from $10 to $15 per watch, and asks instead for a charitable donation. Over the years Bailey’s Fine Jewelry has observed patrons donating anywhere from $1 to $200 to the A Time to Give program in exchange for their new watch battery.
